The booking panel says a date is sold out but it isn’t#
Check the item’s capacity and date overrides, and pending bookings still holding seats. Run wp tourivo inventory <id> to see the count.
Emails do not arrive#
WordPress mail often needs an SMTP plugin. Use Test This Email under Settings → Email Notifications, and check the From email is on your domain.
Pages show 404 after install#
Go to Settings → Permalinks and click Save once.
Online payment option is missing (Pro)#
The Tourivo Pro status check tells you why: the module is off, WooCommerce is inactive, or Tourivo and WooCommerce use different currencies.
Real visitor IPs behind Cloudflare#
Set Settings → Advanced & System → Behind Cloudflare / Reverse Proxy so rate limits use the right address.
Webhooks to localhost fail#
Local addresses are blocked by default; allow them with the http_request_host_is_external filter while testing.
PDF shows boxes instead of Bengali (Pro)#
Enable the PHP mbstring extension. The Tourivo Pro page shows which PDF engine is in use.
