Seasonal rates#
A percentage or fixed surcharge (or discount) for a date range, optionally on weekends only. Use it for Eid, winter peak or long weekends.
Dynamic pricing#
| Rule | Applies when |
|---|---|
| Early-bird | Booked at least N days ahead. |
| Last-minute | Booked N days ahead or less. |
| Long-stay | N nights or more (rooms). |
Each rule is a discount or surcharge, percentage or fixed, for tours, rooms or both. The largest rule of each kind applies, and the kinds add up.
Group discounts#
An automatic discount when enough paying travelers book a tour together.

- Add-ons, promo code, tax
Every step shows as its own line on the booking panel, the booking and the invoice.
Site-wide vs per item#
A tour or room’s own rules come first: its seasonal rule decides the nights it covers and its group discount replaces the site-wide one. Every tour and room can opt out of site-wide rules.
