Hotels & rooms

A hotel is the property (location, amenities, photos, policies); its rooms are what travelers book. Each room belongs to one hotel.

Add a hotel#

1. Tourivo → Hotels → Add New: title, description, gallery.
2. Set the star rating, address, city and map position, phone and email, check-in and check-out times, policies and amenities.
3. Publish.

Add rooms#

1. Tourivo → Rooms → Add New and choose the parent hotel.
2. Set the nightly rate, maximum adults and children, bed type and size, and room size.
3. Set units — how many identical rooms you have. Availability is counted per night per unit.
4. Publish. The room appears as a card on the hotel page with its own reserve button.

How room bookings work#

Travelers pick a check-in and check-out date; every night of the stay must have a free unit. The price is the nightly rate times the nights, plus tax. Closed nights and sold-out nights show on the calendar.
