Quick start: your first bookable tour
From a fresh install to a tour travelers can book, in about ten minutes.

1. Run the Setup Wizard#
Open Tourivo → Setup Wizard. Enter your name and currency, let it create the core pages (tours, hotels, search, My Bookings, thank-you…), and import the demo trips and hotels if you want something to explore. See Setup Wizard.
2. Add a tour#
- Go to Tourivo → Tours → Add New and give it a title, description and featured image.
- In the Tour settings box set the tour type (single day, multi day, hourly or fixed departure), duration and the adult price.
- Set the capacity — the seats available on each date.
- Add the itinerary days, inclusions and exclusions, meeting point and FAQs.
- Assign a destination and publish.
3. Check the booking panel#
Open the tour on the site. The booking panel is in the sidebar: pick a date, add travelers and watch the price update. Place a test booking — it appears under Tourivo → Bookings and you get the admin email.
4. Show tours on a page#
Add the Tour Grid block (or the shortcode) to any page:

5. Decide how travelers pay#
Free Tourivo takes bank transfer and cash on arrival (set them up). For cards and mobile wallets, add WooCommerce or bKash & SSLCommerz with Tourivo Pro.
