Take part of the price online now and the balance before the trip.
Tourivo Pro → Tourivo → Tourivo Pro → Deposits.
Settings#
- Amount — a percentage or a fixed amount.
- For — tours, rooms or both.
- Choice — the traveler chooses deposit or full payment, or the deposit is required.
- Balance due — a number of days before the trip. Trips starting sooner pay in full.
Paying the balance#
A secure Pay balance button appears on My Bookings and the thank-you page, and a reminder email goes out before the due date. The balance can be paid through WooCommerce, bKash or SSLCommerz. The PDF invoice shows the amount paid, the balance and its due date.
A refunded balance order is taken back off the booking without cancelling it.
