Traveler rates, tax & currency

Child and infant rates#

Set per tour: children pay a percentage of the adult price or a fixed amount; infants travel free or pay a seat fee. Rooms are priced per night, with maximum adults and children per room.

Tax & VAT#

Settings → General & Currency → Tax & VAT Configuration:

• Tax name and rate (for example “VAT 15%”).
• Mode — exclusive (added on top) or inclusive (already in the price).
• Applies to — all bookings, tours only or rooms only.

Currency#

Choose the base currency code, symbol and position, decimals and separators. Turn on Bengali numbers to show ৳১২,৫০০ instead of ৳12,500. Extra currencies with exchange rates power the currency switcher.
