Consent, IP storage, retention and WordPress export/erase tools.

Settings → Privacy & GDPR.

  • Consent — a required checkbox on the booking and inquiry forms, linked to your privacy and terms pages. The consent time and a version hash are stored.
  • IP storage — switch off to never store IP addresses. Rate limits keep working with temporary hashed values.
  • Retention — anonymize completed bookings after N months and delete old inquiries after N months, with a dry-run count.
  • WordPress tools — Export and Erase Personal Data include Tourivo bookings and inquiries. Erasing anonymizes the traveler but keeps the money lines for your tax records.
