A traveler account page with every trip, vouchers, payments and cancellation.
[tourivo_my_bookings per_page="10" show_stats="yes"]Logged-in travelers see upcoming and past trips, filter by status, open the itemised price, download vouchers, add trips to their calendar and cancel within your window. Guests get a login prompt and a link to the booking lookup.
Cancellation policy#
Settings → General & Currency → Traveler Self-Service: allow cancellation requests and set the window in hours before departure or check-in.
With Pro the portal also shows the QR ticket, PDF invoice and voucher buttons and the Pay balance button for deposits. [tourivo_customer_dashboard] shows the same portal.
