Creating tours
Tour types, prices, capacity, itinerary, inclusions, map, FAQs and badges.
Tours live under Tourivo → Tours. Everything about a tour is in the Tour settings box below the editor, split into tabs.
Tour types#
| Type | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Single day | Day trips and city tours. |
| Multi day | Trips of several days; the itinerary has one entry per day. |
| Hourly | Short activities with time slots. |
| Fixed departure | Group tours that leave on set dates only. |
Pricing & general#
- Base price per traveler, and an optional sale price.
- Child price — a percentage of the adult price or a fixed amount, with your own age label.
- Infants — free or charged; whether they use a seat is a filter (
tourivo/infants_use_capacity). - Daily capacity — seats per date — and the minimum and maximum party size.
- Duration in hours or days.
The Availability box sets a different price or capacity for specific dates, or closes a date.
Itinerary, inclusions & details#
Add a day for each part of the trip with a title, description, meals and highlights. List what is included and excluded. Add pickup and drop-off locations, a map position, FAQs and a badge such as “Best seller”.
Taxonomies#
Destinations, activity types and tour features power the search filters, destination pages and related tours.
Tourivo Pro adds per-tour seasonal rates, group discounts, paid add-ons and the opt-outs for site-wide pricing rules. See Pricing rules.
