Sender#
The From name and email, and the admin recipient for new bookings.
Templates#
For travelers: booking received, confirmed, cancelled, trip reminder and email verification. For admins: new booking, cancellation and new inquiry. Each has a subject, heading and additional content; use placeholders such as the booking code, traveler name, item, dates and total — the list is on the screen.
Good to know#
- Emails are responsive HTML with a plain-text part.
- They are sent in the background and never twice for the same status.
- The trip reminder goes out a set number of days before departure or check-in.
- Every template has a Test This Email button.
