Bookings list#

Tourivo → Bookings shows every booking with its code, traveler, item, dates, party, total, payment and status. Filter by status, payment status, item type or date, and search by name, email or code.

On each booking#

  • The full price breakdown and the traveler’s answers.
  • Record Payment — amount, method, reference and date.
  • Status changes with a log of who did what.
  • Resend emails; with Pro, download the PDF invoice and voucher.

Export#

Export to CSV/Excel with filters for status, payment, booking or travel date, item and search. Three formats: the booking list, an itemised manifest, and a financial summary. Files are UTF-8 with BOM (Bengali shows correctly in Excel) and protected against formula injection.

Inquiries#

The “Ask an expert” form on tour and hotel pages sends questions to Tourivo → Inquiries and fires the inquiry.created webhook.
