Can I take real bookings with the free version?
Yes. Tourivo Free has tours, hotels and rooms, live availability, the booking panel, bank transfer and cash on arrival, emails, vouchers, reports and the traveler portal. There is no booking limit and no time limit. Pro is a separate add-on for online payments, packages, pricing rules and the tools a busy agency needs.
How does Tourivo stop double bookings?
Every booking reserves its seats or room-nights inside a database transaction that locks the inventory row, so two travelers can never take the last seat at the same moment. Unpaid bookings hold their seats only for the time you choose.
Can I take bKash or SSLCommerz payments?
Yes, with Tourivo Pro — directly on the booking form, without WooCommerce. A payment only counts after bKash or SSLCommerz confirms the amount and currency to your site. Pro also connects to any WooCommerce gateway.
Can travelers pay a deposit and the rest later?
Yes, with Pro. Take a percentage or fixed deposit online, let travelers choose deposit or full payment, and Tourivo emails a balance reminder with a pay link before the due date.
Does it work in Bengali?
Yes. Switch Tourivo to Bengali for the admin and the site independently of your WordPress language, show prices in Bengali digits, and Bengali text uses Anek Bangla — also in Pro’s PDF invoices.
Can I sell a tour and a hotel stay together?
Yes, with Pro packages. Combine any number of tours and room stays, set the day each one starts and a package discount. It is booked as one booking and every part checks its own availability.
Will it work with my theme and page builder?
Tourivo works with any theme. It has 8 Gutenberg blocks, 4 Elementor widgets and 10 shortcodes, and you can override its templates from your theme.
Can I sync rooms with Airbnb or Booking.com?
Yes, with Pro. Each room can import and export iCal feeds, synced on a schedule you choose, and Tourivo warns you about double bookings coming from outside.
What happens if my Pro licence expires?
Your bookings, prices and settings stay. Renew to keep updates and support.
