Events#
For travelers: booking received, confirmed, cancelled, trip reminder, balance reminder. For staff numbers: new booking and cancellation. Choose SMS, WhatsApp or both per event and edit the text — the email placeholders work here, and Bengali defaults are included.
Delivery#
Messages follow the same rules as emails (held until the email is confirmed, each status once), are sent in the background with two retries and logged on the booking with the number masked. Local numbers get the default country code (880). Use the test button; credentials are never shown again after saving.
