Setup Wizard & demo content

The wizard opens after activation and is always available at Tourivo → Setup Wizard. Every step can be skipped and changed later in Settings.

Steps#

1. Store & Currency — agency or site name, the email that receives booking notifications, base currency, symbol and position.
2. Core Pages — create the pages Tourivo needs with their shortcodes already inside: tours directory, hotels & stays, search & filter, track my booking, wishlist, thank-you and My Bookings. Here you can also turn on the optional Travel Homepage Layout.
3. Demo Content — import sample trips and hotels, or skip.
4. Ready! — links to your new pages and to create your first tour.

Language, Bengali numbers, tax and the default booking status are under Tourivo → Settings.

Demo content#

The importer adds realistic tours (Bali, the Swiss Alps, a Dubai desert safari and a Sajek Valley tour in Bengali), hotels such as Ocean Paradise Resort and Meghpolli Resort Sajek with their rooms, plus destinations and amenities — all with prices and availability so you can test a booking at once. If an insert fails, everything it added is rolled back.
