Introduction to Tourivo
What Tourivo does, how the free plugin and Tourivo Pro fit together, and where to start.
Tourivo is a booking engine for tour operators, travel agencies, hotels, resorts and guest houses. Tours and hotel rooms live in one plugin, share one availability engine and one booking list, and are paid through one checkout.

Tourivo Pro never replaces the free plugin. Keep both active; every Pro module can be switched on or off under Tourivo → Tourivo Pro.
How a booking flows#
- A traveler opens a tour or room and picks a date (or a date range for rooms) and the party size in the booking panel.
- Tourivo asks the server for a live quote: base price, child and infant rates, tax and — with Pro — seasonal rates, discounts and add-ons, each on its own line.
- The seats or room nights are locked in the database so nobody else can take them, and the booking is created as pending or confirmed.
- Emails (and with Pro, SMS and WhatsApp) go out; the traveler lands on the thank-you page with a voucher and calendar file.
- You manage the booking under Tourivo → Bookings: record payments, change the status, export.
Built for Bangladesh — and everywhere else#
The interface ships in English and Bengali, prices can show Bengali digits, the bundled Anek Bangla font keeps Bengali crisp on any theme, and Pro adds local payment and SMS providers (bKash, SSLCommerz, BulkSMSBD). Nothing is tied to one country: any currency, any language through translation files.
