Bank transfer & cash on arrival

Turn them on#

Settings → General & Currency → Offline Payment Methods:

• Bank transfer — bank name, account name and number, IBAN, SWIFT/routing code, branch and instructions. The details appear on the thank-you page and in the email.
• Cash on arrival — with your own instructions.

Traveler references#

After paying, travelers can submit their transaction ID on the thank-you page or the booking lookup page. You see it on the booking.

Record a payment#

1. Open Tourivo → Bookings and click Record payment on the booking.
2. Enter the amount, method, transaction ID and date.
3. The payment status becomes paid or partially paid, the due amount updates, and you can confirm the booking in the same step.
