Booking calendar & Add Booking

Calendar#

Tourivo → Calendar puts every booking on a month grid — tours on their trip days, rooms on every night of the stay — coloured by status. Filter by tour or room or by type, show cancelled bookings when you need them, see travelers per day and click + on a day to add a booking there.

The Room occupancy view shows units sold per night and closed nights for each room.

Add Booking#

Tourivo → Add Booking is for bookings taken offline:

• Live itemised price with all Pro pricing (seasonal, dynamic, group, add-ons, promo code) and an availability check.
• Your own total when you agreed a special price; past dates allowed.
• The payment received now — cash, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank or card — with its reference, so paid and due amounts are right.
• Choose the status and whether the traveler gets the email, SMS and WhatsApp.
